Videos of fledgling owls
A baby owl was hanging upside down from a branch and then fell to the ground. Leah, who just had her third birthday, comments. By coincidence, Leah got an owl tunnel and an owl magnifying glass for her birthday.
My Owl Pictures
There are some baby owls fledging just a short walk from the building where I work, on the campus of Northern Illinois University. Here are some of the pictures I have taken over the past few days.
There are three babies in all. We can usually spot an adult owl in a high branch nearby, apparently the mother owl. Occasionally a second adult (presumably the father owl) can also be seen.
